Best Choice Food Cart Corporation FRANCHISEE REVIEW

 As you read this blogpost, you're probably an investor/franchisee who had been a victim of this fraudulent franchising company or a CLUELESS entrepreneur who might want to franchise but still looking for more proof that BEST CHOICE FOOD CART CORPORATION is a company you can trust. If you are the latter, then READ UNTIL THE END before you even hand out your HARD EARNED MONEY to a franchising company in Medalla Building, CUBAO and eventually be in total regrets and devastation like me. 

Here is my experience. I've invested my hard earned money together with my husband in BEST CHOICE FOOD CART CORPORATION back in December last year. This FRANCHISING COMPANY is located in Medalla Building, Gen McArthur Ave in Cubao, Quezon City. The main topic here was how this BOGUS COMPANY scammed money from us by means of their MISLEADING MARKETING & BUSINESS PRESENTATION. 

I will narrate this as detailed as possible so you will know how their BOGUS business works. My husband and I were looking for a business venture to invest from last December 2020 and we have found this franchising company much interesting than others because of its "convenient" offers and inclusions. To my excitement to finally have my own physical business (sounds familiar to you?) I immediately encouraged my husband that BEST CHOICE FOOD CART CORPORATION is the best company we should choose. We met the female agent who assisted us online and we were assisted in their office in Medalla Building, Cubao. According to the sales agent I spoke to, they are renting two units in that building. The other one is for training room while the second one is for accepting franchisees and board meeting. Back to my story, we were assisted in the narrow space of their unit. There were 2 sales agent who assisted us. One was the female sales agent and the other one is a gay staff who is their office manager according to the female agent I spoke to. Upon seeing their framed MISSION VISION onto the wall, I started sensing that something is odd to their office. The choice of font of their MISSION VISION immediately gave me an impression that they are not serious with doing business with anyone. Seems like a teenager chose the font to use for their supposedly professional presentation material. Having a background in professional field, I already gave a mental note to myself that this place is not being run  by someone who is formally educated. Anyway, I shrugged it off convincing myself that it was nothing. "It's just a font. You don't judge a company by that small detail." Okay so I listened to my inner voice and waited until their business presentation. They promised us a 100% return of investment in just 4 months of operating the food cart business. It was a proven system by the company, they said. They even have computations included. All of these discussions with funny jokes in between. Definitely, the two agents were doing their best to put us at ease. Eventually, we paid the franchise fee just like what we have planned to. 120K in exchange of a food cart, stocks worth of 10K, after sales support, opening assistance, marketing assistance, location assistance and all. We were so hyped we agreed on paying and signing the contract on the same day, not knowing what kind of bullshit we got ourselves into. 

This might take too long to write so I will try my best to indicate here all the red flags of this BOGUS COMPANY. 

Red flags of BEST CHOICE FOOD CART CORPORATION which I noticed along the way 

• They have no OFFICIAL PAGE (Most pages you see on social media are created and run by sales agents) 

• Owners doesn't show up on the day of contract signing

• Sales agents have 5 different mobile numbers!! (I quickly noticed this as we went on. Even the locator have 5 different numbers and I got so confused where to reply because of it) Eventually I realized that it's already part of their practice so they can be able to get away with complaints and rants of old franchisees 

• Their SECURITY BANK account was blocked!! (I found this out when I tried to pay for our stocks payment but then SB gave me a notice that the account was blocked permanently. I told this to BEST CHOICE FOOD CART CORPORATION but they didnt even bother to give explanations
